The development of Playas Pacificas (named for its two beaches, separated by a rocky point) consists of 131 carefully-designed lots with beachfront, white water and sea views to the west. The beach is safe (it’s the only safe beach for almost a hundred miles) and surrounds the best boat-launching beach in the area together with existing marine-support facilities.

 

The Playas Pacificas development was designed to be extremely low-density: the lots average 1.5 acres, ranging from .8 acre to a large 4.45 acres (3,000m² to 18,000m²). View corridors are optimized to provide single-family residences with the maximum possible views and privacy.
